Elham Rafiee was born in 1988. She began her artistic career as a teenager and obtained a B.A. Degree in music from Shiraz University of Art and Architecture.
She has taught the theory and history of music and piano since 2011 under the supervision of Vahid Karimpour. She also teaches at Arsheh and Yazdan Panah Music Schools as her artistic work.
