Saman Soltani

Saman Soltani was born in 1973. He began his artistic career by learning classical violin under the supervision of Professor Shojaeddin Lashkarloo and Parham Shenasa. He learned violin under the supervision of Maziar Zahiraldini in Tehran in 2013 and is currently learning violin under the supervision of Dr. Setareh Beheshti.
He also studied Solfège, harmony, contrepoint, form and analysis under the supervision of Dr. Ali Radman and attended master classes of violin playing, violin pedagogy, practicing and group playing strategies under the supervision of professors such as Farimah Qavam Sadri, Raphael Minaskanian, and Siavash Zahiraldini, and Dr. Ali Radman, and Setareh Beheshti, Iman Fakhr and Valeriy Bernard.
His educational and executive backgrounds include:

• Various performances with Western classical orchestras and ensembles, Persian and Shiraz Chamber instruments as a violinist
• The head of the music group Rokh Dad in Fars Music Group Festival in 2018 (Hafez Hall)
• Performance at the 3rd International Contemporary Music Festival in Tehran in 2017 (Roudaki Hall)
• Working with Shiraz Chamber Orchestra as the first violinist under the supervision of Arzhang Seifizadeh
• Working with Zehi Hengam Orchestra as a violinist under the supervision of Roozbeh Tabandeh
• Contemporary Music Performance with Contemporary Persian Orchestra under the supervision of Dr. Ali Radman in 2016 (Vahdat Hall)
• Top rank of Fars Music Festival Concert with Afarinesh Orchestra in 2014

He also passed Suzuki School Violin Pedagogy course under supervision of Dr. Setareh Beheshti and has been teaching violin since 2010.
